Want to learn to hit new shots?
As much as we all desire consistency with our games you also have to realise golf is played over a varied and ever-changing environment.
So, although we’d like a consistent swing, it also has to be adjustable to allow you to be able to create shots that require shaping the ball to access fairways and greens.
‘Learning a new shot’ as described here in my recent Today’s Golfer features helps develop your awareness of the club face, its path and relationship to the ball and target. Whether it’s Seve or modern day version Bubba, great shot makers and practised and learn how to present the ‘instrument’, the ‘tool’, the club to produce great shots.
Check out my tips for the ‘hooky chaser’ and ‘cut up 7iron’ so you can save par next time you play.
